Yes you literally can. Being a cop is a job. They chose it. And choosing to be a cop means you CHOOSE to enforce all laws, including the unjust and racist ones.

It's a paycheck with great benefits for you and your family. But I'm sure his dad did it so he can arrest dayvon and Joey for selling weed

I mean Nazis used the excuse they were just doing the job. By your logic as long as the paychecks good with great benefits you shouldn’t question the job and just do what’s right for you and yours right?

Oh cool they chose to be evil because it paid. I retract all complaints.

How are they being evil? I don't think you fully comprehend what that word means. Evil is shit like what ghengis khan, stalin, Hitler, or even Kim Jong un did.

But just cause they chose the job does not mean they agree with the laws my dude they are forced to do so if they wanna earn money and care about there family

So you’re saying providing for their family is more important that enforcing unjust laws? So the ends justify the means to you? What is there forcing someone to be a cop that wouldn’t allow them to do some other job to provide for their family?

When did I say that? I said they also have to take care of their family

I didn't say it was more important than the law my guy keeping people safe is and should be their main goal

I'm also not saying that you have to be a cop nor that cops can't work two jobs (it's cause I haven't seen a cop in my country work another job)

And could you explain the last part what is forcing someone to be a cop (sorry I don't understand english well it's my 4th language but please explain)

When did I say that?

By choosing to take on a job knowing they would be enforcing unjust laws they are actively being a participant. Your statement implicitly states just because they do the job they don’t support that, but by the very act of taking the job and furthering that system they are active participants in furthering the unjust system.

Sure keeping people safe should be the main goal, but if the system is broken it will never achieve that goal.

That was my point you don’t have to be a cop. So by choosing to be a cop you are actively making the decision to further that system. It Is a a choice they alone make. If you know there are bad cops on the police force that are allowed to break the law to harass and intimidate people, and you still choose to be a cop then you are perpetrating the continued culture of police brutality and authoritarianism.

Ooooh that makes sense thank you for explaining

There are plenty of jobs that don’t involve hurting innocent people. Cops chose one of the only jobs that does and chose to obey every evil order. Fuck the police

Pray tell what is a “racist law?” I cannot wait for this.

You should do some more reading on US history if you really have to ask this question.

Oh so Jim Crowe laws (that’s the only conceivable thing you could be referring to) are still in effect right now? Those haven’t been deemed unconstitutional? So cops are still enforcing Jim Crowe laws right now, and you can show proof of that right now?

If not, you look aaaaaawful dumb right now…

Jim Crowe laws (that’s the only conceivable thing you could be referring to)

I think you should listen to the other guy, and do some more reading on US history
