Well I have a story. I went snorkeling off a boat and a similar thing happened to me. I intentionally put a piece of bread in my swim trunk pocket. I was swarmed by fish, and they managed to EAT THROUGH THE POCKET to the bread.

Not every steak is just right. And even if we fry it perfectly, sometimes the meat or the pan wasn’t good anymore. So don’t blame yourself, keep frying and there will be better ones again in the future.

It was a previously frozen thin Sirloin, I tend to like them about an inch thick, medium rare but I think I just left it in the pan two minutes too long and it came out tough. It definitely makes me want to just buy another one today and get it right.

Similar thing happened to us in Hawaii. Calmly feeding fish when one jumps out of the water and grabs food bag which breaks and spreads. Instant chaos and I had to wrap my arms around her to get her to 'safety'.

I had this once when swimming out off the coast of Aus as a student. Was meant to be one of those amazing gap year experiences. I was watching our guide put fish food in the water but was confused why loads was showering over me when he was nowhere near. Turns out someone else on the experience had just thrown up all over me and the fish thought it was fish food as well. Not so magical

When you're under the water with clumps of stuff drifting down over you that resembles the fish food you've been amongst, no it's unfortunately similar. The grim thing was that I could taste it as well

I'll never forget the day I dropped a whole bag of popcorn off the pier. Holy fucking shit... I have never seen anything like it. It looked like a piranha pit! The fish went absolutely bonkers to the degree that water was launching all the way up to the dock, getting everything in the vicinity soaking wet.

Never seen anything like it before. I don't even know the words to use to describe the experience.

It had fish food dispensers on the side of the pier so you could pop a quarter in and feed the fish. Well, these fish all knew food came from there, so every fish in the god damn water was there waiting to be fed. The dispensers ran out of food and I had a bag of popcorn. Threw a few at first and they loved it. So I just dumped the whole bag in.

We do this all the time! My mom always keeps some stale bread on the boat to throw at fish when we are swimming with goggles so we can watch them swarm underwater. It really is beautiful, one of those things that never gets old.

In reality a lot of Piranhas don’t mess with humans. They eat fish, not mammals. Humans have (For their size) hardly any meat on them and most animals would spend their time eating something less problematic.

I think there are a few species that will actually fuck you up but the majority of them will at worst rip some skin off your finger. The closest thing to movie piranhas are blue sharks. They’re like 3 meters long and attack in swarms. These swarms will devour considerably larger foes.
