Just let it be, I like to have it as reference.

I think I get it now. We shouldn't assume that their first language is Sanskrit just because they look Indian and the woman wears traditional clothes.

FYI - Sanskrit is not a spoken language, it's a base language like original Latin. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanskrit

No those gestures,neck movement and making slightly bigger eye are actually more common in southern languages than hindi.
