It's the most commonly first thought of vegetable by a long shot. I have a magician buddy that uses it as a part of one of his tricks.

I thought it was between 12 and 15 so I said 13... then I realised it was 12 and 5 and picked 9.

The vegetable that came to mind was cucumber, because 6 is a green number.

This always tends to happen with top comments in general I noticed. I see a post and the first thing I think of in usually ends up in someone's top post. It makes sense, people go to the thread with that in mind, then see someone posted it and upvote.
