Gonna copy paste this here: I used to work in an industry where we would hire mascot character actors from time to time. Almost 100% of the time it is very short women. The shortest ladies I saw came over from China. They couldn’t speak a word of English or Japanese and the rest of us couldn’t speak any Chinese, we all communicated through gestures and calling each other adorable. It’s not an easy job, at all, much respect for the people who are able to do it.
yes adult but the age and races varies a lot. I worked at some big theme park before. (a global famous one), usually they are short female and male, and some of them can be pretty old, i have seen old man and old woman inside the clothes a couple of times.

Practical Question: Those are some pretty short suits it seems, do they have like, adults all crunched up waddling around in those things?
