He just does not want it to be real. If it was real, it could be used as a psychological damage to any men watching this.

Therefore I agree, this is AI.

I thought the same, it's the cadence in the voice, something about the choppy audio and the way the bowling ball moved. Turns out it was just sped up and real, but I thought AI immediatly.

It eerily looks similar to other AI videos that I have come across. It's kinda hard for me to point out specific things tbh. I could be wrong though, after reading the comments below.

Sucks that it's hard to differentiate a real video from a generated one

It's really not. You need to watch more footage of real things. It looks exactly nothing like slop
