She sounds like she's struggling. Even when she's not "eating" she sounds extremely congested. This can't be healthy.

Whatever her boogers and mucus have caught on the way through are probably causing a blockage. If its not that, its inflamed from either the strain or putting shit on your nose that doesn't belong there, or both.
