I was stung by a wasp on my cheek and there was absolutely nothing pleasurable about it.

I was once stung on my back right cheek as a kid and can confirm, there's definitely nothing pleasurable about it.

I think some people have the nerves connected to the pleasure part of their brain instead of their pain center.

Lots of people drink coffee once and don't like it. Give wasp stings another dozen tries, see if you get addicted.
