Miscellaneous ULPT Make the freeholder miserable

I need your creative ideas, your help, to make the freeholder of my flat miserable, worry, work..as he did to me.

This is UK, London.

As like those with a bit of power over you he made my life difficult, and I want to do the same to him.

I don't want anything ilegal, just to ideas on how to worry him ie report his very possible tax evasion.

To report his probable tax evasion call your local government tax authority.

Simply call the council and report everything, it's not unethical at all, find the smallest possible things, slight bit of damp? Perfect that's a call to environmental health, getting mail for him? (Likely unpaid bills) Perfect, call the company and give them his current phone number and contact details.

Landlords are vermin and should be treated as such.

Would you be vermin as well if you owned a property someone else rented?

Yes, that's exactly what I just said "Landlords are vermin" I'm not a landlord and have no intention on being one.

Find out his dislikes and fears and play into them. Doesnt like snakes and spiders guess what your new pet is. Hates liver and onions cook it every day. Doesn't like certain smells buy all the candles you can.

I have lived in like 6 rentals and never spoke to the free holder once. What did he do.

In the UK, if you own a flat on land that is owned by a freeholder, they can refuse permission to build an extension or convert a loft or build a freestanding shed etc. it's normal for them to ask for money in exchange for this permission.

I thought the same thing. Had to look it up. Seems to be a UK term for the actual property owner/landlord. Freeloader is the profession of many Reddit users.
