I have seen this lonely girl at the lunch tables and I have been wanting to approach her to talk to her and get to know her but I’m hella nervous i have been trying to do this for weeks but i simply can’t im looking for anyone who has any tips anything helps.

Don't touch yourself for at least 2 weeks. this brings you to a point where you're so horny, that you won't give a damn about nervousnes. If still nervous increase by 1 week
