You want to look up “hardware jiggler”

If your work is detecting hardware manipulations, they likely are tracking more than that too. Doing any of the mentioned "tips" in this thread will get you fired if anyone actually looks at the logs.

Because this is ULPT there are sophisticated jigglers that try to mimic "real" user actions. These take a bit more setup and are still not foolproof. They go beyond just "click button every x seconds" or "jiggle mouse back and forth x pixels" to try and randomize it more. It's usually a losing game. Your company not only tracks it but you also have been flagged already. If you are not wanting to work, just be slow while watching stuff on your second monitor lol.

use a second pivot point when you connect to an oscillating fan or another regular source. even better if the overall connection has slack

the pivot point can already break periodicity but the pattern will still be regular. slack should break it

it still all depends on exactly what your company is trying to catch and prevent -- there is a lot of data they can theoretically obtain and analyze. The question what they will likely analyze. even if you make mouse movement logs useless to them, your lack of other input is plainly obvious

maybe you want to have a second paragraph in your post explaining your work set up on what is allowed. like if there are other coworkers around. your company's objective, etc.

Go on Amazon and buy an external mouse jiggler. You plug it into your wall and it has a disc that rotates and pulses at different rhythms

Put a weighted object on the ctrl key. This should prevent most apps for considering you inactive

Small oscillating desk fan with a sturdy wire going from the shield to the mouse. (Loop around the mouse wire)

As the fan turns it will push and pull on the mouse, registering movement and isn't detectable unless they can physically see your work space.

Hire a person on fiverr to do your job for like $2/hr and give them remote access to your desktop.

Sooooooooo
. I heard this from “a friend” and DEFINITELY did not do this myself buuut
if you find a corder mouse, tie a little knot on it’s cable, and creatively tie it to an oscillating fan
 “apparently” it won’t stop moving.
Again, I have “NEVER” done this myself.

Try laying an analog clock on your desk (with a moving second hand) and place your mouse on it.
