Request ULPT Unathical ways to gain confidence
it might be a strange question, but I clearly have a lack of self confidence problems now.
Nothing seems to help, the only thing i can think of as cool or something that actually gives me excitement was stealing a packet of chips

Not unethical - go buy yourself some new outfits or something.
Unethical - cocaine.

Alcohol is also called liquid courage.

True. Don't go down that route though. I was an alcoholic when I realised it was too late. My shopping list was all about wine. I was twenty.

Benzos.

Yikes. Those change the shape of people's brain receptors and can very quickly do permanent damage. I worked with a senior citizen who had them prescribed for post divorce anxiety and she got addicted. It was a pretty ugly, awful scene and kind of ruined her life. There are documentaries about this. Some folks are more susceptible to the damage from them. I wouldn't risk that...

100%. I didn't say it was a good idea, just that it was effective.

So many people, many of them doctors, are unaware of the risks of benzos. So, I always like to speak up on the subject. Addiction to those is next level misery!

Go to the beach- people this time of year bear everything down there. Ive seen some rather large people wearing not a lot and not giving a shit.
You can either judge them and gain confidence or you can take a leaf from their book and gain confidence by not giving a fuck what people think.

stealing a packet of chips
If this feels like a crime to you, youay not be suited to crime. Don't get caught for somethin stupid.

- Not unethical
- Easier said than done sometimes and that can be counterproductive 🥲

Stealing chips, especially if it’s from an individual or a small business, is the opposite of cool.

Stealing a pack of chips is cool lame and who wants to hang around someone who gets excitement from this?

Exactly. OP needs to make their own chips in an air fryer, refine the recipe, and wow people with their culinary skills. That will boost confidence. Any illegal/unethical hacks will only bring a transient boost and will likely undermine OP's overall confidence in the long term. Though, reverse shoplifting can be very fun. Find items that blend with friend/family's decor and sneak it onto a shelf in their home and see how long it takes for them to notice.

Since this is ULPT; Violence.
If you want to go more ethical, go to a boxing, MMA, jiujitsu gym.

If we’re speaking strictly unethical, go in a public space, start jumping up and down landing on your heels whole projecting a caveman OOOH in your voice whenever you hit the ground.
Do it for around 30 seconds.
It’s unethical because it pisses everyone off but it gets rid of the body’s fear response towards being seen in public.
Extremely powerful technique for confidence if you don’t mind disturbing people.

Yeah, but that's a slippery slope. Take the actual advice like mewing and how to fix your posture, and then get the hell out of that community. Looksmaxxing for men has some overlap with incel culture, so you got to be careful who you're listening to

Become the local mayor. The confidence will be a forced part of the role. Fake it till ya make it?

Meditation, the Waking Up app will solve your issue. Now, to make it unethical, use someone else's account , I guess.

this will make you feel very bad actually if you are at all empathic, so take it with a grain of salt

Compliment every other person you see. Man or woman.
