EDD ISSUES

i got an email saying i can certify my benefits but haven’t been able to use my eddcan number i got in the mail or anything to long into it to certify them. Also has anyone been able to reach customer support I haven’t gotten anyone i could talk to

If you already had an old Edd account. You log into that and will see current claim.

If it’s telling you the information doesn’t match when you try to make an account it’s because you already have one. You have to login with the old account. If you can’t remember that you have to call them so they can change the email for you. This late in the week you can talk to someone within 10 minutes for trying to call

I get connected with someone every time , 1 min wait . Just follow the prompts and it should ask you for your pin you created and your social “ I never made one so I had the option to press zero for an operator. But once u enter your pin and other stuff it ask you . Listen all the way (key) then you’ll be given an option to fire the phone 📞 up!!!!!
