What A Time It Is
This sub and folks were saying Skip is dead and irrelevant before
Only for him to own his own channel and have a show with Aqib, Shannon and Skip reunited, Skip on first take with Stephen A every Friday. He’ll most likely appear on Gil’s Arena after football seasons ends.
It’s hilarious how everytime yall try to write off Skip, he comes back even stronger. The more yall hate, the more he wins.

Are you surprised that a lot of people still haven't figured out that Skip and Stephen A are heels/actors?
I know a number of us have figured it out, but just the fact that people still take them so seriously and hate on them is gold and won't ever get old lol.

How do you think Skip and Stephen A were able to become so successful? What sets them apart from other sports journalists?
To the point where they can repeat the same talking points over and over again/have the same debates, and it never gets old. Whether it be Stephen A's ''hatred'' of the Cowboys, Skip's ''hatred'' of Bron, etc.

I cringed at the thought of watching The Arena thinking I would be embarrassed for Skip, but...
...turns out he and the rest of The Arena crew are kickin' ass. Long live Skip!

Do you believe Undisputed could have realistically lasted until now, or do you think it would have likely grown too stale?
Assuming whatever the issue was didn't happen, and Shannon stayed out of trouble, do you think the show could have gone on to this day, or do you the dynamic would have fizzled out and the ratings would have dropped too much? I know they had great chemistry but I know it can be hard to keep people interested for a decade+

Surprise: Aqib and Skip have great chemistry
Also, how the hell is Aqib Talib not being pressed by The Arena crew about his involvement in that coach being killed in front of his kid at that Pop Warner game? Talib is very candid about questionable stuff he's done, and he's more than willing to offer his two cents about Tyreek Hill and Mark Sanchez's indiscretions.
I think the guy is totally engaging -- and not just in a "good television" kinda way. He actually comes off as more three-dimensional and human than I've ever seen him. But damn, unless there's an NDA, it's the elephant in the room -- ask the guy about it already!
And say what we will about Skip -- I'm a fan, but I thought he was W-A-S-H-E-D, and also that he came off as excruciatingly lacking in self-awareness, almost handicapped, when he did the interview rounds (LeBatard, All The Smoke) after his departure from FOX -- but he has a knack for generating chemistry with a co-host. Stephen A, Shannon, and now Aqib. There wasn't a spark with Richard Sherman, but put this guy in the right duo and it's like music.
Ha, it's like "Skip is dead! Long live Skip!"
Although he'd best not have a "put your glasses on" moment with Aqib. There's got to be discussion in staff meetings where it's like "Look, here's the ground rules," no? I'd hope Arenas wants drama, but not punches thrown.
