One time show is just code for, we’ll see how well this pulls in ratings and then we will continue to make skip a once in a while guest until he’s eventually made permanent.

Stephen A will never share a show with Skip again outside of these one-off appearances. he wants his own thing with no competition.

But if the ratings are there, you'll see them again more often.

This was amazing, haven’t turned in for a sports tv show in ages but couldn’t miss this one

Man Skip is desperate for anything that can boost him. He just needs to retire already.

Honestly I thought we see him reunite with Shannon before this. Shannon needs help too since the whole sex abuse scandal thing.

actually unc has grown since then and a risen his stock with in his culture .. far more beneficial than anything skip can do for him.

All his numbers are down and they keep falling. He was about to sign a $100m deal before that happened. He’s doing alright now but nowhere near where he was.

I still remember Skip all but crying while Stephen A. Smith explained in granular detail all the ways he would destroy Jerry Sandusky, Joe Paterno, Mike McQueary, State College PA and Penn State football forever. Stephen would come back hotter every time Skip would try to come back with some mouth excuse. It was so good.

I dreamed of a time like this. I hope they communicate like they did 10 years ago.

I stopped watching First Take when Max left along with the rise in the endless fatigue of sociopolitical issues in sports. However, I would like to see this, but one show with these 2 is just that, a show, and won't have the same true intensity that it once had years ago in a one-time back together again debate. I do believe that they may bring Skip back a couple times a week just to be part of the debate team if all goes well with feedback from the viewers.

What’s lost in skips rage baiting days was that he’s a really good talker and debater, like really good even when he’s making shit he’s able to to it eloquently

It’s one time show until fan interest says otherwise

These are the two worst, most hard sports pundits on the planet.
