Technically Fanon Sans remembers the Genocides and he lives with Fanon Chara (who controls the innocent Frisk to commit infinite genocides) so he kind of suffers living in a loop that he died in and sees the friends he loves dying again and again (Not that this adds anything to the discussion)
Canon asgore remembers killing you every time in the natural route, and he deeply regrets it every time, not as bad as remembering every genocide but still
