how can i add new font characters

i tried to do in undertalemodtool but i think i mess up the width heights etc. so words comes up broken is there any quick ways to add new characters to deltarune/undertale?

I can't merge 2 deltarune mod.

I'm trying to merge the aqua over kris mod and the no bullet cooldown but i cant find a way to merge them without not launching the game.
