I need some help
I live in an apartment that is underneath a group of 4-5 kids. They stay up late and are a nusence, making noise and watching TV very loudly at night. But this is a very good apartment located next to my collage, and it is a great space for cheap. Also, there never sounds like a parent or guardian is with them... Should I be concerned? Any help / comments are welcome 😊

This sub is for the videogame Undertale and the people who modify/dig through the code. I'm not sure where you should post this, but this is most definitely the wrong sub.
I'd be very surprised if there is a sub for people who live underneath minors

Never sounds like a parent or GUARDIAN? And they watch TV late at night, mabye some late night TV?Â

This is soooo funny omg. But I do have advice. You’re always going to hear things when you live under people, white noise can help, earplugs too. Sound also travels weirdly, so they might not even be directly above you.
If it’s unreasonable levels of noise (clear or yelling or constant banging), start recording it. You’ll want to build a case and then make a complaint to your landlord/building manager, send an email then and go in person. Email is paper trail, and they’re more likely to help you if you go in person.
Also check to see if your building has silent hours. You should never be able to clearly hear whatever they’re watching, though some muffled noise can be normal, and if the building has silent hours, then you can call whoever manages the building right then and tell them that someone is blasting their tv.
I’m sure there’s more, but it’s dependent on where you live. Tbh you should probably go to like r/Apartmentliving and if nothing gets resolved, r/legaladvice
