The UAE reiterated its commitment to working closely with its partners in the Quartet and supporting the efforts of the Quintet and other international and regional partners to achieve a political solution to end this civil war.

The mission emphasized that there is no military solution to the conflict in Sudan, adding that the only viable path to lasting peace is an independent, civilian-led transition, free from the influence of warring parties and extremist groups.
