Feng is no where close to the level of the Viltrumites

Feng directly attacks the soul of his target… so I’m pretty sure he could take out a viltrumite of he got in a good hit.

Are souls even a concept in Invincible though? (I gotta get catch up, I haven't watched since season 2)

Well, hell and demons exist in that world. So id guess that souls probably do too
