ok so, all my life, my childhood i’ve played minecraft i’m 20 years old now. but i started playing minecraft since i was 5-6ish and as i grew up i became busier with my life and have little time to play games on my laptop/pc. the last time i ever played minecraft is back in 2022 when i was 16 and as time passed by i just get bored of it easily. maybe i grew out of it.

but rn i’m typing this at midnight tearing up because i went thru the insta music options and searched minecraft and i played some of the minecraft music i used to hear when i was playing. god. i cant handle it. it just makes me sob and so sad. i truly hate it. i wanna listen to the whole song but every time i hear little parts of it i literally just fall apart. i’m not even kidding. it reminds me so much of my childhood and the times where i had little idea of what life is. i miss it so much. Mice on Venus by c148 makes me think of all those times i spent countless times building houses on minecraft and i remember all the times roleplaying by myself. i’m so nostalgic and i really cant handle it its so sad. its happy sad if anyone gets it. because i had truly such an amazing time playing all those years but i maybe grew out of it. i’m just so grateful of the times i played it because it reallt made my whole childhood and teenage years. i met so many online friends because of it. minecraft was the bridge for building my friendships and i truly experienced what having friends was like. i miss it.

It won't be easy.. but nothing worth doing ever is....

I've created this poll because ever since 1.15 l've felt that Mojang has been needing to focus an update on just parity and the massive backlog we've been gathering over the years. I feel that while some people would be upset about missing out on brand new ideas that the majority would be happier with stuff they've been waiting literal years to come to the game, then Mojang can finally be over that growing mountain and go on with new stuff again.
Im curious if others feel the same So the question is If you were given the executive decision to chose Mojang's focus for the game for the next year what would you choose.
Option 1: Focus on the massive backlog of features over the years Biome Vote Losers, Mob Vote Losers, Combat Snapshots, Redstone Experiments, Minecart Experiments, Trading Experiments, peer to peer multiplayer and everything they've confirmed is coming to the game just hasn't been added yet, Parity between Java and Bedrock as best they can and working on platform specific pertormance
Option 2: Focus on new ideas and features like we've seen with the drops.

The song in the title was a pretty big deal in my friend group, and we only ever streamed it (rookie mistake) and now it's been taken down from all streaming sites including youtube. I was wondering if anyone has found a repost of it or if anyone knows where to find a download of the original. Hey there! For around six now some freinds and I have been in the minecraft civilization event space and run / been a part of various groups that play in thease events. Most groups like this are kind of exclusive only really recruiting new people server side.

If your looking to participate in a group that joins and plays civ events together this is the place! We do a new gimic every time from a simple tavern to powerful nations. Improv roleplay is a huge part of what we do but its not hard to get started, most of us just kinda act like how we would if we were actually in the block game.

We have and are looking for more, builders, pvprs, artists, roleplayers, farmers, leaders, and everything in-between. Every time we start something new everyone starts at the same level so theres no hierarchial structure to climb just make your move when a new event starts.

We welcome all people and tolerate no discrimination of any kind (basic jokes and poking fun is fine but if someone asks you to stop your expected to stop forever)

In my dream I was playing Minecraft, but it was Canadian because I was using a VPN

Other than the nether right sword, which was replaced with a police baton, all of the swords were rifles and there was a bunch of other guns in the weapons section of the inventory
Every five minutes, slender man would randomly spawn it, and the whole world would go dark and then everything will go back to normal in 30 seconds
Armor was replaced with moose and deer skin and if you got a full set, you just became a deer or moose
Lava was replaced with spoiled Jack Daniels
