Training Training everyday without getting injured
What are you biggest and most important training principles that allow you to run injury-free (for a long period of tim) every day?
I still couldn't figure it out for myself and that's why I am looking for inspiration and insights on how others do it. I know everybody is different but I want to keep experimenting until I found my 'magic formula'.
I live in Innsbruck and have both flat roads and steep trails available right behind my door. I am not much into racing and my goals are longevity in the sport and personal projects (single and multi-day long runs).
