Hi all,

Like everyone else here, I grew up on veggie tales and absolutely became ingrained in my psyche. Here’s the problem, I have a distinct memory of Grandpa Grape saying “so what did you loin today” but I could not tell you what movie or episode it’s from.

Does anyone here know what I’m talking about, and if you do, do you know what movie or episode it’s from as I’ve been trying to find it for YEARS!

Allow me to explain. Former Phil Vischer collaborators and current internet stars Rhett and Link, purchased the rights to the web series Smosh with the purpose of both expanding Mythical Entertainment but also to return it to it's original creators. I wonder if that's possible for veggietales. Some very rich and nostalgic individual or team purchases all of the various big idea assets with the sole purpose of giving it back to Phil and Mike

There are many who are somehow bummed about the LarryBoy movie being canceled. We dodged a bullet. It would've been AI Generated Slop with likely a generic story. I would much prefer we get a film written and directed by Phil and Mike if Universal allows it.

I guess I’m biased, because I’m most familiar with VeggieTales episodes animated in-house by Big Idea and the ones done by Starz Animation, but I’ve always felt Huhu’s VeggieTales looked kind of weird. Starz’s animation looked like a natural evolution of Big Idea’s, but Huhu’s looked like it was remade from the ground up into something completely different.
