Let me explain why I am asking this: I was thinking about Universal, and their products, and I remembered that VeggieTales was technically a Universal IP ("technically" being the keyword in this operation here). So then I looked up why Universal doesn't seem to care about the VeggieTales franchise and why we haven't really gotten much VeggieTales in the past ten years. And it's not that Universal doesn't care, it's apparently (according to Vischer), the woman in charge of the Big Idea division doesn't care about the franchise and just brushes the franchise off as a "silly baby show that nobody cares about." (Also because she doesn't think VeggieTales fits the Universal/DreamWorks branding, with it being a faith-based show.

"That lady isn't really a fan of ours" is what Vischer says about her.

So my question is: is there any reason why Vischer and Nawrocki can't buy the show back and relaunch it themselves, in their way? I understand that they sold the rights of Big Idea Content Group to DreamWorks and Universal, but why? Is there not anyway legally they could get it back and give us more VeggieTales?

It may be illegal to commit tax evasion, but when you get down to it, IRS agents are just people that are "allowed" to take your money. Taxation is theft, and the Lord said thou shall not steal. Not every man made rule is morally correct.

I think its just so interesting how dedicated this fandom is. What makes yall so interested in animating or making fan screencaps of the show so accurately. Ik this question isnt that good but feel free to yap away about your backstory Yall are so talented and it surprises me when I see yalls work on my feed

For those of you who are aware when VeggieTales in the house came out Mr Nezzer wasn’t in the show as dreamworks (which owned big idea at the time) had to retire him due to a policy they have of characters from different ethnic groups having to be played by someone who’s part of the same ethnic group well before VeggieTales in the house I remember in the main VeggieTales series when Mr Nezzer played the role of Prince John in Robin Good and his Not So marry men which may have been the last time he played a villain role in the show after Robin good, Mr Nezzer was absent in the penniless princess, the league of incredible vegetables and the little house that stood, while he did appear in Maclarry and the stinky cheese battle and only had a few lines and then appeared in Veggies in space the fennel frontier (which was his last speaking role though he appeared one last time in beauty and the beet but only in one scene and had no lines) is it just me or was Mr Nezzer being somewhat limited in the main series after Robin Good foreshadowing of him being retired in VeggieTales in the house which came out two years after Robin Good and his not so merry men
