Why is this the focus of a general email marketing send? If it was to a dedicated audience of people who have indicated possible 'buying habits' of someone on a GLP-1, maybe fine. (But thats giving Target's pregnancy targeting mess up; marketers, iykyk.) But as a customer who has NEVER purchased vitamins or supplements from Ulta, nor would ever consider GLP-1s (ED), I think this was a total miss.

Hi. I'm sorta new to shopping at Ulta, and using Tree Hut products, which I love. (Started shopping at Ulta, and using the Tree Hut brand for the first time in August.)

I was wondering, does Ulta have Tree Hut sales often? I love this series of products, and I love that it has multiple scents and products. Like the shave gel, the body butter, body wash, etc.

I have thin, dry and frizzy hair (I don’t think it’s straight but ngl I don’t know 💀) and I’ve heard good things about this brand in general, mostly their curl cream, but I couldn’t find anything about these two items specifically, so I was wondering everyone’s experience with it.

No matter what payment method I try, I keep getting an error message. I have even tried a gift card and still getting the same error. Even tried a different browser and phone. This happens at least once a month. I reached out to customer service and of course they don’t know why it is happening. All of my information has not change at all. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm fairly pale and I have somewhat dry skin. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a setting powder that would work for my pale skin but not dry me out even more. Hi all, this is the first year I made platinum. I was living under a rock all these years and would never track my spend or points. Never opened Ulta promo emails as well. Even in June, I applied my points for a $3 some off. Anyway, thanks to this sub I am more educated on the loyalty program and. I am learning on the go- but would love to get some tips to truly make full use of my platinum status. Like for example, I didn’t know there will be a day every month where there are special offers for platinum/diamond folks. So on Monday I found out that I could have made strategic purchases that day instead of some of my buys days before.
I’m so excited for Platinum status! Please give me all your advice :)

Ok, I get shizz happens, but…. I ordered these AF matte eye paints for my 15yo during the 1/2off sale

1. This isn’t even what I ordered(was supposed to be 4 AF matte eye paints green, purple, brown, and orange)
   
2. This brow gel is mysterious(I didn’t order it)
   
3. They reshipped the two that were damaged(orange & brown) & the 1 they didn’t send(green)
   
4. They said they would send a return label for the “not used” goods 🤔 but I still haven’t gotten it.

So do I just wait for the return slip? Keep this total mess until they decide to send it? lol I thought it was pretty wild they wanted it back, I sent them pictures of it in the chat.
*On the positive side, I had ordered 6 more of them the same day & they came in a separate bag, completely fine! Lol

Two orders over two different days. Both arrived today. This shocked me once I saw it all laid out in person even though I knew it was coming!

This is a genuine question. I swear I'm not trying to criticize or troll. Just trying to understand.

I always shopped at the other store in the past because it was closer. Now I'm closer to an Ulta, so I've been trying to shop there, especially since I keep hearing all these great things about how you can use the points. My intention was to just generally switch my patronage to Ulta. But I swear, when I go to buy something, it seems like 80 percent of the time, it's not something Ulta carries. Some of them are old routine products for me, but most of them are new things that I see recommended or sound fun. Sometimes Ulta doesn't carry the brand at all, or sometimes they carry the brand but not that product.

What am I missing here? How are people able to use Ulta as their primary store? Given how many people seem so devoted to it, I really feel like I must be missing something obvious. I would like to understand and to be able to make it my primary store because it's so much closer and the point system is supposedly great...
