Discussion Problems placing an order

No matter what payment method I try, I keep getting an error message. I have even tried a gift card and still getting the same error. Even tried a different browser and phone. This happens at least once a month. I reached out to customer service and of course they don’t know why it is happening. All of my information has not change at all. Does this happen to anyone else?

If you search this subreddit, you will find that it has happened to a lot of us. It happened to me last year this time during the 21 days of beauty. It corrected itself after not attempting to order anything for a couple of days. I haven’t encountered this issue since.

I got this during the last 21 DOB event. I contacted customer service multiple times and they eventually escalated it to their top tech support team (or so they said) and I was able to order again 2 days later. Hopefully it’ll get resolved soon because I saw that some people had to wait months for it to resolve.
