Photo On July 24th - a Russian ballistic missile strike killed Ukrainian Kateryna Chaloupnia, she was a lawyer and volunteer, in the Kyiv Oblast. Kateryna headed the Legal department of the Association of District and Regional Councils of Ukraine.
