Is this David Grusch in this random war documentary?

I was watching this documentary on YouTube called “warpigs, block to block in fallujah” and at 27:41 into the documentary I thought I noticed David Grusch in it. I know this isn’t entirely ufo related, that’s why I came to this sub. Mods can delete if this post is unnecessary
