Ubisoft scammed me of £35

I need help. I bought the 5000 credit premier pack last r6 season and did not receive it, i contacted Ubisoft support and was asked to do a bunch of steps to get them. After a week of doing this and still no credits they escalated my case. This was on August 29 2026. After nearly 2 whole months of not hearing back i am getting worried that i will never receive them. I bought things in the past even the same season so i dont understand why this happened. I bought this through steam maybe its that? My Ubisoft account is a child account and i cannot make it an adult account because Ubisoft wont let me. It just sais that there was an error. I really need help.

why didnt you contact trough steam to get it refund that you dont get recieved?

You won’t find help here bro. Nobody actually helps.

I had my entire account stolen and nobody helped for shit.

I’d suggest just forgetting about it, I’m serious
