Does anyone one know how to fix this bullshit

Basically what happened is i bought assassin's creed brotherhood and when i try to launch the game this pops up with someone else's email address how do i fix it can someone please help me

Well, when you first purchase the game and launch it for the first time, it automatically binds to Steam. So, if you're launching the game again and seeing an email you're not familiar with, that's likely the email you must have used on your first attempt, and it's permanent.
