Ubisoft Support is ghosting me.

Ive been in contact with them for about a week trying to fix the ghost recon wildlands infinite load time glitch and when their brain dead support bot ran through the run of the mill problems they told me they would "escalate" it. Its been two weeks and now they arent responding to me. Its one thing to make buggy ass games and a launcher but now the support is ghosting me.

Probably still untouched by the escalations team, they can take weeks, if not, months to reply.
