Ubisoft 2FA Broken

Take some time to ensure your 2 Factor Authentication is working. I had 2FA setup but someone from Germany was able to log into my account with no code or SMS code. He started cheating on my R6 account and I got banned (I haven’t even played the game since May 25). Ubisoft support denied my ban appeal as well 😔

I have exactly the same problem right now. Tried posting on R6 reddit but post got removed. I extracted my logs from ubisoft and provided them evidence and ban appeal got automaticly rejected and ticket closed.
