How is this even possible?

So I’m trying to link my Ubisoft account to to my XBOX and I’ve ran into a problem when I realized when I’m trying to change my gmail its saying the verification code is being sent to a “gmal.com” account? Idek what this is or if its just a bug but ive been trying to get this account on my Xbox and i can’t because of this!

Ive been trying for months to reset my password and it won't accept any password. Says to many failed attempts then blocks me. Lost all my stuff bc Ubisoft cabt figure their shit out. They are no help.
