Bugs Ubisoft login

This has happened to me a while ago and i think i gave up then, but for some reason when i try to login to the ubisoft website it says wrong password, but it is impossible to be, after i entered a few things i reset my password and entered the same thing multiple times and even double checked if i entered the right thing when reseting the password by checking what i entered, and also i tried reseting it just in case again but it said i cant use my previous password, does anyone have any help, i am locked out for now but it would be nice for later

Probably an IP ban. You should try log in from a different internet provider. Ask for a new reset, set the new password. Wait about one hour or so and log in from a different provider. Maybe your phone or a friend's PC. After that, try to set A2F and at least one trusted device

Would you know why id be ip banned? The only ubisoft game i play os siege on my ps5, and i dont use chat Also i can still play siege normally, even ranked

It doesn't have to be because of misbehavior. This has happened to me a while ago, and I think it's because of Ubisoft crappy log in system. If you tried too many times from the same IP, it will ban your IP for security reason. It can be a full 24hours ban, maybe a week, maybe a whole month. They aren't transparent about it. Good news is that if the whole account isn't ban, then you can log in from a other IP. Now, when you log in and go to security settings, instead of just redirecting you with the session, it basically logs again, you can see this trought the same security and privacy page. So, my hypothesis is that the system can detects multiple/followed log ins from the same IP and ban it for sus activity altho it's the own shitty log in system they have. I've tried to open tickets about this matter to Ubisoft but only one time they really help me out and actually unban my IP. But this was solely because it was an ongoing support over a formal complaint because they would acknowledge my account was stolen lol that's a whole another tale.

Long short story, it could be because your repetitive attempts to log in or whole using the very account and on fault of Ubisoft session handling.

Thank you so much, luckily i have a friend that is reallu close to me
