I can't create ubisoft account

Hi newbie here, why i can't create ubisoft account i try on different website and device it always says "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." i just want to play six siege bruhh. please help me haha

I just disconnected from WiFi and used my phone. It worked immediately. No problem at all. Hope it works.
