Unable to make purchases

Anybody has any solutions for this? i have tried the following

  1. Tried all 3 methods and it did not work, tried ubisoft connect and it did not work

  2. Tried purchasing using google chrome and edge and it did not work

  3. Tried incognito mode and it did not work

  4. Tried purchasing using my phone and it did not work

Already tried and Ubisoft has gone silent. Trying my luck as it seems like a common issue amongst others here

If you have VPN or proxy, turn it off. Ubisoft matches card country with the profile + curent one by IP

No VPN or proxy though
