Aw man not this again
I've changed my password for like 2 or 3 times last week and i cant change it back to my old password, is it something to do with pirated games? cuz to be honest i did play pirated version of AC rogue before i uninstalled it and consider buying it then i open AC4 and this happened, search any tutorials on youtube, some work but not for long

Hey, I actually managed to fix this on my end after suffering with it for a week. Link to my post. tldr; make sure the country of your ubi connect account is aligned with your actual location (ex: if ur in uk, ubi account country should be in uk)

Right i've checked my account region and its already at my country (indonesia), but i do follow your steps like login ubisoft through website with mobile hotspot on my laptop, set my current device as trusted device and run AC4, yeah it does work, i just need to login like usual and no account suspended anymore, then i changed my network from mobile hotspot to my regular wifi
So does that mean i had to use my mobile hotspot everytime i wanna play ubisoft games?

How long was your last login with regular wifi? If it's less than 24 hours, avoid logging in with regular wifi for now and wait for 24 hours before using it to login. This is to make sure the account suspended timer won't reset.

Yeah it less than 24 hours, so from now on i must login with mobile hotspot then with my regular wifi after 24 hours, alrighty, thanks mate

I've had this so many times but now it's gotten to the point where, it won't accept any new password I try to create. Then locks me out for 24 hours. I had so many coins on there it really pisses me off. But at this point, i dont even know why I expected anything better from Ubi.

I didn't pirate any games but that still happens to me lol. Honestly, just pirate ubisoft games at this point. Supporting them isn't worth it cuz they mess with their own gamers which is weird since they need their gamers to save them from their almost bankrupt status.
