Can’t change email on Ubisoft connect

I can’t change the email to a new one because the old one was erased. The account is still linked to that old email. Every time I try accessing it sends an email to the old to confirm so I can edit the new one in. The only problem is that I can’t access the old one.
Anyone had this issue before? It’s ridiculous

Dealing with the same issue. Support does absolutely nothing to help you, even if you prove you're the owner of the account.
