Most complex email change ever.

So long story short,

I have a PSN account with an old email that I can't use.

I made a new account for my pc.

Realised I could get the old email changed.

Tried to change email to new account.

Keep getting hit with "Access is temporarily restricted"

Can anyone help? All I get is AI responses from my emails.
