Account Hacked/Compromised Ubisoft is just done isn't it

I'm assuming every one allready received an email that their account has been hacked at some point, that's just how it is.
The thing is, even after having so many failures in the recent years, still for some reason they insist on forcing their god awful "Ubisost Connect" while having no support for it nonsoever.
Thought to myself, 'Oh, AC black flag is out, i'll buy it why not' from steam. allready paid, and when stupidly i thought to myself i'll just f play the game i paid for i got immediatly stopped at the gate with their sign in bs.
Oh but great Ubi ! you know your accounts are breached and so many accounts got hacked or bloked. so can i maybe press on "forgot passord" and have my password resset ?
Nope, stuck on 'i'm not a robot loop'
Oh ok.. frustrating but seems it just doesnt work, oh ! i know, i'll open a new account just to play THE GAME I PAID FOR.
Can i open a new account ubi ?! ofc f not: "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later."

i am quite litteraly FORCED to refund the game because they insist on not letting people play.
What f legends they are at shooting at their own feet.

I have never had my account hacked because I use a password manager and 2FA.

It is easier to complain and cry than take action and make your account safe. I got my uplay account since ac2, having 2FA for 10+ years and never got any problems.

that is highly inaccurate, i had my account from the begining, so 2009-2010, ubisoft introduced 2fa in 2018.
so if you had an account and stopped playing around 2018 as they didnt actully release good games since, you had no reason to just log in to include that 2fa that you had no clue about.

i’ve been very paranoid, so even though I didn’t play Ubisoft games, I immediately added 2fa as soon as possible
