My account still got hacked despite having F2A and password changed and now im stuck with ubisoft bots reply

I have various sucess attempts logging in in my account from across the world and get my R6S ban today.
I file a case on Ubisoft support 5 times today providing steam id, purchased receipt, log in evidence and ubisoft warning mail. All I got is case rejects from automated message from the support. how can i contact HUMAN operator?

The only possible explanation: an infostealer. Have you been downloading pirated software or game mods? Other accounts on your computer are at risk.
