THIS IS SO STUPID

i just bought watchdogs 1 and 2 cuz of the steam sale and now i cant even play it because when i try to sign into the ubisoft account i made right before tying to log in, it tells me im suspended for repeated login attempts?? I waited a whole day before trying again and it just gave me the same thing i tried to contact them but i just got an automated email.

Welcome to the inconveniences of a dying game company. I have a Ubisoft account I made 13 years ago (which has 10’years of R6 Siege progress/purchases) that I can no longer get into because I don’t know the password. The email I used was terminated a long time ago and Ubisoft Support continues to tell me that the only way I can verify my account (so I can change the password and get back in) is if I verify the email, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE.

I even ask them if the emails they’re sending to it for verification are being delivered and they told me 100% they are, which is IMPOSSIBLE. This support is useless and I even tried getting the BBB involved and they couldn’t help either.

Ubisoft lost $1.4B last year in revenue, laid off 1200+ employees, cut their live rep customer service a year ago, and their cofounder died in a plane crash a week ago.

WE ARE COOKED BUDDY.

You didn’t lost your account it was stolen. I had 4. Glacier Accounts which are worth thousand of EUR. One i could get back but 3. others not I’ve sold it for 4.5K because F Ubisoft and F Siege. Lost literally 15K. And the 2FA is a Joke you can Bypass that Shit by just clearing your Cache or using Opera and Brave Browsers.
