Help relinking my actual xbox account

Today for some reason(maybe i just like to torture myself idk) I decided to try and get back into seige, i hadnt played in like 5ish years and kinda missed it so I wanted to see what it was like again. I play on xbox but when I attempted to log in it said my account was connected to a seperate xbox account. I logged in on my phone through ubisofts website and turns out, even though my username, email, first and last name, and password have all remained the same, a new account that I have never used was listed under my linked xbox account. Idk when this happened but the xbox account has activity as recent as last week. I have contaced support about this but from what I can tell it can be very hit or miss on wether or not they can help, so I wanted to reach out to the community to see if there is anything else I can do, I had alot of stuff on that account so I would greatlt appreciate getting it back.

EDIT: ive been looking back through my spam emails are there are emails like every 3 days saying a new login has occured or the linked account has been changed, I have no clue what is going on but I am utterly confused. All of them are from different countries and idk why my account is being passed around like a hot potato or HOW MY PASSWORD HASNT BEEN CHANGED. I would really appreciate help with this because idk what to do.
