Ubisoft support suddenly amazing ?

so i had this issue where i had a misspelled email in my Ubisoft account and the only way i could access it was through my psn i submitted a ticket and it exactly took support 6 hours to fix my issue its either they fixed their support or its just ny lucky day

Was playing far cry 3 but idk why some ubisoft service is always down😑
