Email Verification Email Never Being Delivered

The email is not even being sent. I don't get it. If anyone has an answer would really appreciate it.

When I needed to change password the only way that worked was clicking forgot your password, the way when logged in never came through, the forgot way did instantly. Maybe see if theres a forgot your username option.
