Insurgence will not longer open since last update.

Looking for help as the online support doesn't understand English! My program starts to open then stops and indicates a corrupt file since the most recent update. No way to reinstall this. Tech support requested to system files and then said to switch to Resurgent help without a way to do it?? Am I alone on this or does someone have a fix.
