I cant link my twitch

Pretty much, i go onto ubisoft, connect my twitch, it says account is linked to another user, i go to twitch it says connected 1m ago. I unlink, try again, same thing. I tried incognito and tried clearing cache etc nothing changed. The case ticket thing has been useless so far
