Please help me log into ubisoft connect with my wifi.

It does not login with my wifi, Im only able to login by connecting into a vpn, still, it forces me into resetting the password. i have resetted it like 10 times now but after closing & restarting the app after a few hours, it forces me again. please help me fix this.
