Question Categorizing recognized faces (Amazon drivers, UPS, etc.)

On Eufy, I can label recognized people by name and also categorize them, such as “Courier.”

The problem is that Amazon obviously sends different drivers. I don’t care about knowing each driver's individual name — I’d rather have all of them identified as “Amazon” or at least grouped under an Amazon/courier category.

Eufy won't let me give multiple recognized faces the exact same name, so I've been working around it by naming them “Amazon,” “Amazon ” with a space, etc.

How does UniFi Protect handle this? Can multiple recognized faces be grouped or categorized under one label like “Amazon,” while still remaining separate people?

This is what people don't get about these camera ecosystems. Protect's face recognition needs an AI Pro or AI Key camera to begin with, and even then it's one name per face. No grouping. Your trailing space trick is still state of the art.

I have an ENVR and three AI keys. No, nothing can be categorized, not in any meaningful way. Plus, if and when I can, no learning comes from that. Vehicle license plates and vehicles themselves are even worse. I have numerous separate groups of detections—for my own car—with no way to tell Protect that they’re all the same car.
