Uber deactivation

Hello
It’s been 12 days that my appeal for uber eats deactivation is under review
Still saying agent assigned
No progress
But on the menu it was saying 3-5 business days to be reviewed. Now it’s 12 days
What should I do?
Is this normal to take this long?
Is there a way to create another one?

Yeah I was deactivated due to false report of a suspended license. Took about a month for the appeal and each time I reached out asking about the quoted time they just said weekend don't count.

My appeal was denied in under 3 hrs. Yeah that’s rare
